Write to admin@instavision.co — a person reads every message. Tell us the email address you sign in with and, for a search, its link (instavision.co/runs/…). That is all we need to look into it.
Using InstaVision from Claude or ChatGPT
InstaVision connects to AI assistants over MCP. When you add it, the assistant opens an InstaVision sign-in page: sign in with your email or Google and press Allow. The assistant can then search, read your results and export them as a PDF, using the credits on your account. Before a search, the assistant agrees with you how many matches to look for — that sets the most it can spend.
To disconnect an assistant, open Settings → API keys and remove it under connected apps. Setup for each client is on the MCP page.
Something isn't working
- The sign-in page keeps asking for the human check.Tick “Verify you are human” and press the button again. An ad blocker can hide that box — allow challenges.cloudflare.com, or use “Continue with Google”.
- No sign-in email. It comes from no-reply@updates.instavision.co within a minute — check spam and promotions. The six-digit code in it works on the page where you asked for it.
- The assistant says it is not connected.Remove InstaVision from the assistant's connectors and add it again; you will be asked to sign in once more.
- A search found fewer matches than asked. Its page says why. Only verified matches use credits; possible matches, rejected profiles and searches that find nothing are free.
- Not enough credits for a search. Ask for fewer matches, or check your balance on the credits page.
Your account and your data
What we collect and why is in the privacy policy; the rules of use are in the terms of service. To get a copy of your data or to have your account and its searches deleted, write to admin@instavision.co from the address you sign in with.
Reporting a security issue
Write to admin@instavision.cowith “Security” in the subject. Please don't test against other people's accounts.
