1. Overview
InstaVision provides software for discovering publicly available Instagram creator information. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use InstaVision only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable platform terms and data-protection laws. InstaVision surfaces only information that is already public; you are responsible for how you use it.
3. Credits and billing
InstaVision is sold as recurring monthly plans. Each plan refreshes a credit balance every billing cycle; one credit corresponds to one Instagram profile scanned during discovery. Unused subscription credits reset at the start of each cycle. Specific plan pricing is shown on the pricing page. Cancel anytime — credits remain usable until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaVision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
